We are of the determined view that those talented must not be deprived of attending RKFA for financial reasons.
Revathy Kalamandir Film Academy (RKFA) is pleased to offer Need Based Tuition Scholarship to qualifying and financially inhibited students. The RKFA Need Based Scholarship is a needs based programme designed to help reduce the student's cost of education in the Revathy Klamandir Film Academy's one-year, two-year, Certificate & Diploma Courses. To qualify, applicants must demonstrate the need for assistance through documentation (i.e. parents’ income tax statement, if dependent; personal income tax, if independent- past 3 years). Each individual application is reviewed by the Academy using defined criteria that evaluates the available resources for the student’s cost of attendance at RKFA. Along with the application for scholarship, Applicants are required to provide an essay detailing their need for assistance. All applications are reviewed in the initial semester in their programme of study. Scholarship assistance is provided from the second semester of the respective courses, to students for the duration of their program provided the student maintains satisfactory academic progress.
The Scholarship is offered through resources provided by likeminded benefactors in the Film industry.
Revathy Kalamandir Film Academy reserves the right to reject an application for Scholarship without citing any reason thereof and without any liability thereon.
